The newly-developed high-efficiency air end has increased the air discharge rate by 2 - 21% over an conventional model.

This new function automatically controls the unload pressure according to the air consumption, thereby maintaining optimum air pressure. Thus, it allows for energy-saving operation of the compressor.
As an example, New DSP 75kW two-stage model, can save approx.9% of power consumption at 90 % load.(Air receiver volume 2.5m3)

The structure of the drive unit's vibration-proof support has been improved to reduce the level of noise propagated through the solid frame. The suction and exhaust noise has also been reduced.
As a result, the level of noise has been reduced by 5-6dB(A) in water-cooled Two-stage models and by 2-6dB(A) in air-cooled two-stage models.

In order to improve the motor reliability, TEFC has been provided as standard (except for compressors of 3,000 / 3,300V specification).
The maintainability including filter replacement and cooler cleaning has been improved. (The photograph is a 55kW air-cooled model.)

The overhaul interval has been prolonged to 6 years (4 years for conventional models). Also, the replacement interval for the belt (for single-stage models) and other parts have been prolonged.

The large LCD monitor allows the operator to check the compressors operating condition and various settings at a glance. In addition, the monitor is provided with such new functions as storage of operation data, alternate compressor operation, and communications, offering remarkably improved user interface.

| Two-step alarm display | Detailed failure history display | Load data recording |
| If the temperature or pressure becomes abnormal, an alarm is displayed before the compressor shut down. | A history of up to 6 failures and the operation data right before the failure are memorized and displayed for quick trouble shooting. | Average pressure, average load ratio, etc. during daily operation can be displayed. |

| The setting of compressor functions can be done on the instrument panel. |
This function allows for automatic operation of the compressor by setting a start time and a stop time. Up to five start/stop times can be set on a daily basis. Thus, it is possible to set operating hours of the compressor according to the work schedule, such as lunch break and coffee break.
